Michael Lee Photography donates a percentage of all gross revenue to charitable and government organizations that support the preservation, protection, and enjoyment of our natural environment, wildlife, and resources.

Pictured here are the Redwood forests of Northern California.  Redwood trees are among the largest and oldest living organisms on the planet, growing to heights of nearly 400 feet, with trunks more than 25 feet thick, and living for more than 2,000 years.  In less than 100 years, logging destroyed 96% of the original Redwood forests.  We have recently donated to the Redwood Parks Association to continue their preservation.

Other donations have included The San Juan Mountains Association, The Wetlands Initiative, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the South Florida National Parks Trust, and Friends of Mammoth Cave National Park.

Furthermore, we regularly donate family portrait sessions to local charities which benefit education, social welfare, and other humanitarian efforts.  Recent donations have been made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin, Glenview Youth Services of Glenview, Illinois, St. Catherine’s High School of Racine, Wisconsin, and Washington Elementary School of Evanston, Illinois.
